Application Steps
Verify eligibility

Provide bank statements showing a balance of at least 500,000 THB (approximately GBP 11,000) maintained for at least 3 months.
Arrange insurance
Purchase qualifying health insurance with minimum USD 100,000 coverage.
Apply at the Thai Embassy
Submit all documents at the Royal Thai Embassy in London. Processing typically takes 5-10 working days.
Extend in-country
Before your initial 90 days expire, visit a Thai Immigration office to apply for each 90-day extension. Each extension costs 1,900 THB.
